Working
Where I was working I would have to do many things. I would have to return items to the shelves and charge people for the items they purchase. The place looked like any other supermarket you go into..there are people working in diffrent lines, a meat department, deli. The atmosphere was the worse you can't even imagine all the thing that would happen. There was always something happpening between co-worker...customer being rude and disrespecful. The manager...well lets leave it at that he was the worse one i ever seen in the company. I made a change by leaving the place, but for somelese who still working there just report the manager so that the store can go back to normal.

I've worked with very disrespectful managers before. I quit that job and took five years of it because the pay was decent, it had a union and benefits. I put them in their place at times though by using shop stewards to address the issue.
